-Sure. We provide 2 years warranty for the laser source and 1 year warranty for the machine. Lifetime online service support.

  • What is the status of my order?

    -You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, when your order is shipped, and upon delivery. If you have a ZAC Laser account, you can check your order status at any time. Simply log into your account and click "Order History".

    • Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

      -You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history easily.

      •  Where can I find my tracking information?

        -Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that will allow you to check on your shipments progress.

        • What do I do if my package arrived with damage or missing items?

          -If your order has arrived with damaged or missing items, please email us at info@zaclaser.com with photos of all the items you received in your package and your order number associated with your purchase.
          We will access and respond to your claim within 3 business days.
          All damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items must be reported within a reasonable time from delivery date.

          • Do you ship Internationally?

          -We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations.

          • How is a machine packaged?

            -The laser equipment is shipped in wooden crates to protect the inner parts.

            • Do I have to import the machine myself?

              -No, you don’t need to do anything. We handle the import, and arrange all transportation.
